Psycholegal Experts Limited is part of the PLE Group which includes PLE Health (our treatment division). The group was established by Dr Alison Hoskins, Consultant Clinical Psychologist, in 1999.
Since then, our network of Psychologists and Therapists has expanded across the country and now provides a comprehensive range of Clinical Psychology Expert Witness reports for the insurance and legal sector. Our Instructing Parties include personal injury solicitors and insurers, medico-legal agencies and employers.
Our Expert Witnesses are HCPC registered Psychologists (Clinical/Counselling/Occupational).
We have specialists providing Medico-Legal Reports for Personal Injury and Medical Negligence cases for adults and children including Neuropsychological assessments.

We can offer HCPC registered Clinical Psychologists, Neuropsychologists, Counselling Psychologists and Occupational Psychologists who are trained to provide high quality medico-legal reports for Personal Injury and Medical Negligence cases. These experts have venues across the country and the most appropriate expert in the client’s geographical area will be selected
Treatment Assessment via PLE Health
Treatment assessments can be arranged, and a brief report written when appropriate. This will detail the presenting symptoms and standardized scores of anxiety and depression. A suggested treatment approach and goals will be given along with the number of treatment sessions required and likely outcome. This may help to inform decisions on treatment.
Psychological Treatment via PLE Health
We offer a comprehensive range of Psychological Treatments for mental health conditions including CBT, EMDR, ACT, Mindfulness, Pain Management and Neurorehabilitation. The selection of the most appropriate psychologist or therapist to deliver treatment is made according to the needs identified from the referral information.
